Protein bars

¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
2 egg whites
2 T milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup + 2 T Whole wheat flour
6 T Soy flour
6 T Flax Seed
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp salt
3 cups oats
1 cup dried fruit, raisins or dried cranberries

Bake at 350 in a pam sprayed 13x9 pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and slightly browned around edges.
Cool in pan then cut into bars.
Makes 24 bars
