1C Butter
1c sugar
1C brown sugar
2 eggs
1C peanut butter
2C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3C rolled oats
Cream butter,sugars and peanut butter until fluffy. Add eggs. Add flour mixture to cream mixture until combined. Stir in rolled oats.
Spread evenly in a jelly roll pan.
Bake 350 for 10 min.
Frosting :
3 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup butter
5-6 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
Makes about 2 Cups.
Mix sugar and cocoa. Quickly stir in butter, add boiling water. Add vanilla, beat until smooth. Spread on cooled cookies
