Mark's Gingersnaps

¾ cup butter
¾ shortening
Or all butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup molasses
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp ginger


Roll 1 inch balls in sugar
Back 375 if using both shortening and butter 325 if using all butter for 8-10 min
