Pimpkin Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1 cup whole wheat soft wheat flour
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9x13 pan with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the first four ingredients. Stir in the next seven ingredients. Add the pecans and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-23 minutes.
Cool and cut into 20 granola bars.
