3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 tablespoon vanilla
3/4 cup natural chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons Agave
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix bananas, vanilla,
peanut butter, maple syrup and Agave into a creamy consistency (best to do with
a hand mixer).
2. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking
powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir
until they are well combined.
3.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Place heaping tablespoon-sized balls of
the batter onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.

Thanks for sharing you lovely blog with me! We made these today and they were so fun! We did add raw cocoa instead of the chocolate chips and it was yummy, but I know chocolate would be better.
