Baked Salmon

My husband, who is not a fan of fish, loved this recipe and said I could make it as often as I would like.
Success!!

4 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoons light olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp dried parsley
 1 1/2 to 2 lbs salmon
  1.  Prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley.
  2. Skin the salmon and place salmon fillet in a tin foil lined glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade.  Cover with tin foil and marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.
