3/4 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Pureed White Beans
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1 1/2 Cup Bran Flakes
1 1/2 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cups White flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/3 Cup Chopped Craisins
1/3 Cup Chopped Dried Cherries
1/3 Cup Chopped Dried Blueberries
2/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
Cream Butter, Beans and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
Add quick oats and bran flakes to cream mixture, mix until combined.
Combine flours, baking powder and baking soda. Add to mixture.
Stir in the last 7 ingredients.
Drop by 2 Tbsp fulls onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes.

This recipe calls for cereal bran flakes.
