Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies

1/4C Melted Butter
1/4C Packed light brown sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4C Honey
1T Molasses
1/4C unsweetened applesauce
1C White Whole Wheat flour
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1C Regular Rolled oats
1/2c Quick cooking oats
1T Cinnamon
1/2C minced dried Crasins
1/2C Chocolate Chips


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a small bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together.
In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Next add honey, applesauce and molasses. Mix all of the wet ingredients together. Hint: when measuring out the honey, spray the measuring cup with oil or baking spray--your honey won't stick).
Mix the dry stuff with the wet stuff. Add Chocolate chips and dried fruit.
Drop by 1 Tablespoons onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes. The cookies will be very soft but will firm up when cooled.
The cookies freeze very well and make a great snack! Enjoy.
