10 T Butter
1/2C Pureed White beans
1C Sugar
1/2C packed brown sugar
2 oz Melted German Chocolate
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/4C White Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2C Quick Cooking Oats
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1C Chocolate Chips
Combine 2 T softened butter, pureed white beans and sugars. Mix until fluffy.
Melt 8T of butter and chocolate together. Add to sugar mixture and mix well.
Beat in eggs one at a time add vanilla.
Combine flour, oats, soda and salt. Add to mixture and mix until well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by heaping Tablespoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 350* for 8-10 min. Cool on a cooling rack.
Makes 4 1/2 Dozen Cookies
