The Best Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
See variations

Combine butter and sugars until fluffy add eggs and vanilla. Add Flour mixture. Mix will be thick but some what sticky.
Refrigerate for at least ½ hour if adding a Rolo in the middle of the cookie.
Bake at 350 on an ungreased pan for 8-10 min. They will not look done until completely cooled.
Cool on pan for 2 min than move to wax paper or cooling rack.

Variation:
According to your own taste, wrap a 1 inch ball around a Rolo candy or add simi-sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, Recess peanut butter chips or Mint chocolate chips to batter and cook. If using mint chocolate chips top the cookies with crushed Andes mints.
