Whole Wheat Pumpkin Cookies

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pureed white beans
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup 1% milk
1 cup all- purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg


Combine sugars and beans, beat well. Add molasses, egg, milk and pumpkin.
Combine last five ingredients and add to above mixture.
Bake at 350*
Makes 27 cookies
