1/4 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
1 C Dark brown sugar
1 C Natural Peanut butter
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 C Milk
1 1/2 C Whole Wheat flour
2 C Quick oats
1/2 tsp Soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 C Chocolate chips
Cream butter, sugars and half of the peanut butter, add eggs vanilla, milk and the rest of the peanut butter.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, oats, soda, baking powder and salt.
Beat the flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture. Beat for 1-2 minutes.
The dough will be very heavy. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by Tbsp onto a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. If you like a flatter round cookie, flatten with the palm of your hand.
Bake at 350*for 10-11 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack.
