1 spice cake mix
15 oz can Solid Pack Pumpkin
1/4 cup Egg Beaters or 1 egg
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Bake at 350* on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet for 16 minutes
Variation:
These can also be baked as bar cookies.
Spread all of the batter onto the sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 16-18 minutes.
